Pick up from your hotel or Train station.
Step 1
Beef noodle shop
The first stop is a traditional Taiwanese beef noodle shop. This subtle and delicious dish is a national favorite, and you won’t have had anything quite like it before. Learn about the history of the dish and appreciate the delicate local flavors.
Step 2
Miyahara Ice Cream
Next stop: dessert! We head to a famous local Taichung ice-cream shop where you’ll be dazzled by a dizzying array of flavors. This sweet, cold treat is the perfect follow-up to beef noodles!
Step 3
Fengjia Night Market
We will spend the rest of the evening at Feng Jia Night Market. Take in the sights and sounds of the bustling local food market. Enjoy local cuisine and learn about the stories behind many of Taiwan’s favorite snacks and street foods.
