Meet the Tour Guide
Pick up from your hotel or Train station
Step 1
Delicious Gua Baos
We will head over to find a long line up of people waiting for their Gua Baos (Taiwanese buns filled with braised pork belly). This bun is so good it melts in your mouth. The Gua Bao is fluffy white bun filled with braised pork belly, mustard greens and grounded peanuts.
Step 2
Alishan Coffee
We will visit a Japanese owned coffee shop and taste their exclusive Alishan coffee from the famous Alishan in Central Taiwan. You will not find the distinctive taste of this coffee anywhere else in the world. Indulge in the fruity aroma of this exclusive Taiwanese coffee!
Step 3
Ximending
Finally, we will walk to Ximending, where the streets are filled with both innovative and traditional Taiwanese snacks and drinks. There is also plenty of shopping around the area. The tour includes two tour guide recommended snacks.
Drop off

At the end of this tour, you will be dropped off either at your hotel or at Taichung Train Station.
