3 Giants Brewing Co.
This craft brewery is the first in Taichung to have a brew bar attached to its brewery. Their beers are made authentically in Taichung. You can enjoy a variety of their beers, Lager, Dark Lager, Pale Ale, Red-X IPA, Marzen fresh from the tap. Many locals and expats in the area like to go to 3 Giant’s pub after work to watch a game, hang out, drink beer and have some good pub food. The brewery and brew bar are very close to Fengyuan Railway Station and easily accessible. Two South African brothers and their Irish friend opened this microbrewery only two years ago in 2017, and they recently just opened a new pub and restaurant in Tainan already.

Zhangmen Brewery started its operations in New Taipei City back in March 2014. They brew their beer in small batch using their original recipes and natural ingredients. Over the past six years, Zhangmen has opened tap bistros and restaurants in Taiwan’s major cities, as well as expanded into Hong Kong, and China.
Zhangmen opened 2 bar bistro and restaurant in Taichung city. The bistro on Taiwan Boulevard offers an impressive selection of 32 different craft beers for customers to enjoy. Le Ble D’or (Sunmai Craft Beer)
Sunmai craft beer began brewing by using German Style techniques and initially only offered three kinds of beer: wheat beer, dark lager, and amber lager. Sunmai’s beer became famous in 2014 after they won the gold award at the World Beer Cup competition with their Honey Lager beer crafted with Taiwanese local longan honey. Since then, they continuously invent different flavors of craft beer using local Taiwanese ingredients.
